- Settisfy Content: All materials created or licensed by Settisfy for use in the Services, excluding User-Generated Content.
- User: Any individual or entity who registers an account, accesses the Platform, submits or receives requests, engages in transactions, or otherwise interacts with our services, including Homeowners and Service Providers.
- User-Generated Content: All materials submitted, posted, uploaded, or transmitted by Users on the Platform, such as profiles, descriptions, photos, reviews, messages, payments, and requests, but excluding Settisfy Content.
- Personal Information: Any data that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to names, contact details, location data, and payment information.

- The primary purpose of collecting personal data is to enable the core functionality of our Platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both Homeowners and Service Providers. Specifically, we collect personal information to:
- Match Homeowners with appropriate Service Providers based on project requirements, location, and preferences, enabling effective communication, quoting, booking, and service delivery.
- Personalize Platform features, such as tailored service recommendations, to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Verify identities, qualifications, and trustworthiness of Users to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace, including fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
- Manage payments, invoices, and billing securely to ensure smooth financial interactions between Users.
- Analyze usage trends, feedback, and interactions to enhance Platform functionality, develop new features, and optimize performance.
- Provide customer support, send service-related updates, and share relevant promotions or information, with options to opt out of non-essential communications.
- Meet regulatory requirements under Malaysian laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and respond to legal processes or authorities.
